RULES & REGULATIONS

The policymaking process can be difficult to navigate. We are experienced in the procedures, rules, and protocol for work in the legislature and administrative agencies.

Once a statute is enacted, state agencies begin the process of rules and regulations development. Oftentimes, the rules and regulations can have a more direct impact on your profession than the state law. We are adept in guiding organizations through the process and preparing them to testify on regulatory issues before state agencies. We often appear on behalf of our clients.

We define policy issues important to your organization, align objectives, create goals, and engineer a roadmap to success. Through gathering the right information to make the best possible case for your issues as well as knowing what is behind the opposition's position, we are able to steer the policymaking process toward positive results.

FUNDRAISING & POLITICAl ACTION COMMITTEE

Political Action Committees (PAC) are an important tool that associations use to engage in the political arena. PACs offer a certain level of access to state and federal lawmakers when the legislature is not in session. Through them you can contribute to the election and re-election of those elected officials who see eye to eye with your association’s political agenda.

Compliance is a cornerstone of PAC operations and we make it a point to stay abreast of all rules and regulations and offer skilled management and fundraising services as well. We have created PACs for associations and seen them grow in size and influence. Currently, we have responsibility for three of the most financially successful healthcare PACs in Georgia.
