FRANK ROGERS, JD
Frank Rogers, brings over 36 years experience in regulatory and business healthcare issues in both the legal and legislative arenas. Mr. Rogers worked as Director of Government Affairs for the second largest pharmaceutical company in the US from1985 to 2010. He was formerly a practicing attorney, counsel and Director of Research to the South Carolina senate with responsibility for healthcare, insurance and education issues. He was General Counsel and Director of Public Affairs to the South Carolina Medical Association for eight years.

JIM McNATT, MD, MBA
Jim McNatt, MD an ophthalmologist, joined the firm’s team as a medical consultant in 2010. Dr. McNatt has a wealth of knowledge about state agencies from his work in the Secretary of State's office and his eleven years of service as Medical Director of the Georgia Board of Medicine. Combined with his experience in private medical practice, Dr. McNatt offers a unique perspective as medical advisor to the firm's healthcare clients.

CATHALENE TEAHAN, MSN CNS RN
Cathalene Teahan consults with the firm as a state and federal budget analyst.  Ms. Teahan has many years of experience tracking state budget issues and is regarded as an expert on state and federal funding and revenue streams. She guides client’s projects through the state procurement process and has expertise in working with state funding agencies to secure matching federal funds and grants.
