Account executives

Our talented Account Executives manage client communications, assist with conference planning and finance administration, and provide administrative support for clients. They serve as a resource for all questions about membership, communications, events, and general administrative matters.

AMANDA BUTLER
Amanda Butler works closely with our clients to develop association newsletters and collaborates with a national website and association membership database firm to build client websites. Her strengths include writing, editing and information technology, and she has extensive experience in customer service, communications, and research. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Furman University and a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of Alabama.

KATHRYN STEMPLER
Kathryn Stempler is responsible for recruitment and retention of members for each association, and manages membership databases and internal and external communications. She supervises all dues payments and meeting registration functions and provides statistical information on membership and meeting attendance to each client. Kathryn is an integral part of the planning and execution of continuing education programs and provides general membership support services to our clients. Kathryn developed her customer service expertise while working in the retail management in Atlanta and New York City, which translates well to her role as Director of Membership Services. She is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

ANITA AMIN
Anita Amin successfully manages a variety of continuing education meetings with local and nationally recognized speakers in venues from five-star resorts to regional meetings in community college settings. Her expertise ranges from program planning to maximizing the value for our clients at each venue. She has gained complex campaign organization and marketing skills working in high profile political races. Anita received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University. She is currently pursuing a second BBA degree in Managerial Science, from Georgia State University.

RACHEL MATTHEWS
Rachel Mathews provides each client with exceptional event management experience, including event logistics and project management. She has effectively managed statewide and regional continuing education meetings for clients in both medical and educational associations. Rachel began her career in the event industry in Chicago, Illinois coordinating diverse corporate and social events. While in Chicago, Rachel worked for Event Architects contributing valuable work for clients such as GE Healthcare, Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions and the White House. One of her most challenging assignments was being tapped as Event Coordinator for Christmas at the White House, 2010. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality from Georgia State University.
